Your trial session is an approximate 60 minute visit, which introduces the proven resistance training program utilized at Vitality Personal Training, Inc. Your instructor will find out more about you, your goals and your motivations. You will then experience a sample workout and feel for yourself the benefits that it will produce. Your instructor will answer any questions you may have and explain the procedures involved in moving forward.
