I first went to Vitality Personal Training when I researched lower back pain and saw that they have a specific weight machine to help. I continue to train with Rick because he designed a program that works to strengthen my whole body, and I am achieving real results. Not only have I had a significant reduction in lower back pain, but I also have become stronger, healthier, and more confident overall because of the personalized workouts and one on one attention. Rick knows which areas to target for improvement and real results. I like that he let me try a workout first and doesn't require a contract, and I sincerely believe this is a place to go for real life-changing results. Try it out. Seriously, in 1 monyou will be stronger and feel more energetic, and you will want to invest in taking care of yourself. It's totally worth it! I go twice a week, and I'm in better shape now than when I was spending hours and hours at the gym or running--plus, I'm not injuring my body from overuse or my own lack of knowledge! I regret time and money wasted trying to be fit when this actually works. It's worth every penny. Update: now down TWO sizes, and having one on one attention from a trainer who designed a program right for me has done more than any other diet, workout, OR physical therapy ever did! Highly recommend Vitality!

I began this with winning a gift certificate from a fund raiser. It seemed, at least, this business was generous to offer a non profit an auction item. For me it was a silly lark, and expected very little. Instead, it changed my life. In four months I have more strength, a better shape ( smaller clothes size) and some added discipline. The owner and trainer is Rick, a very gentle but firm soul. I am 64 no spring chicken I believe this is the tonic for my couch potato inclinations. I highly recommend Vitality. Margaret

Absolutely love Vitality Personal Training. The atmosphere is professional, clean and not overwhelming in the slightest. Rick is incredibly intelligent and is such a nice guy. The changes I have seen in my body since starting training with Rick have given me so much more confidence and has helped with back pain, knee pain and many other ailments that happen after having two kids. If you are looking for a custom one-on-one more clinical environment instead of the typical loud crowded gym format, look no further. Best part- the workouts are so tough but also fly by! For people with busy schedules this is such a great option!!

Rick is wonderful!! My fiancé and I relocated back to Southern California a few months ago, and I'd been struggling to find motivation to get into the shape that I'd envisioned for our wedding. I was a little bit intimated by the thought of seeing a personal trainer because I hadn't been very active for the last few years, but my fiancé noticed Vitality Personal Training when he was exploring the area one day. He encouraged me to at least talk to Rick and do a test workout, and I'm so glad that I took the plunge. The gym is amazing - the machines are state of the art and the space is clean and well-kept. Rick is incredibly knowledgable, encouraging, and kind. I feel no judgment whatsoever when working out with him, and he is able to dial into where I am in my fitness journey and how I can progress every time we have a training session. He is an expert, very attentive, and genuinely cares about your well-being. I initially signed up for weekly training sessions, but now I'm going twice a week. Rick is flexible and accommodating to my hectic schedule. I feel so much stronger already and my fiancé has even noticed my increased endurance when we go on hikes/long walks together. I'm confident that I will be able to reach my goals (and then some) by the time my wedding comes around. This is the perfect fitness situation for me, and I'm so thankful to Rick for his support, nutritional advice, and guidance!

Rick knows how hard to push me and is careful to make sure I have the correct form so I get the best results from each exercise. I’m 41 years old I sit behind a desk eight hours a day and when I’m not behind my desk I’m chasing my two kids around. Juggling family and work it’s difficult to find time to consistently exercise. I noticed Vitality Personal Training driving by and took a look at their website. After a demo class I decided to give it a go. I’ve been working out two days a week at Vitality for the last 2 1/2 months and I am very happy with the results. It is as advertised, 30-minute intense workouts in a private gym. Rick, the owner is extremely knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition and an all-around really nice guy. The gym is fresh and clean with high-end specialized machines. Not your typical gym machines.
